What were you struggling with before joining the course?

Always have the situation: The old fashion/culture here influenced “Pregnancy cannot move”

What did you achieve after course completion?

I’ve learned from the course :

- Breaks the myth that doesn’t have science prof.

- Understand & learn more about the safe zone & danger zone of pregnancy workout.

Was the course material delivered in a clear structure and professional manner?

Yes, the course covered all & even more of my expectations.

This course is very easy to understand, and it is suitable for the public whether professional or not, as the language used by the trainer are not 100% “sports language” (jargon to not people other than fitness trainers/coaches), the language used by the trainer is easy & normal people could understand about what was presented.
