FISAF INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & Continuing Education Courses
Exercise Science – The Foundation to your Profession
Exercise Science is a crucial component for anyone interested in our selective certification courses. This module is already integrated into the curriculum of all our selective certification courses.
The Exercise Science course alone can serve as a refresher, but it is not sufficient for obtaining professional certification as a Personal Trainer or Group Instructor on its own.
To obtain a professional certification, students must complete the relevant certification course, including the Exercise Science module, pass the 100 multiple choice supervised online-and practical exam with a minimum score of 75%

These skills are essential for personal training in various environments, including strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning.
After completing the Certified Personal Trainer course, students will need to fulfill two additional requirements to obtain their FISAF International Certificate. The first requirement is to complete a home-study book, which will help them reinforce their theoretical knowledge. The second requirement is to pass a practical exam, which will test their ability to apply the knowledge they have learned in a real-world setting. Upon fulfilling these requirements, students will receive their FISAF International Certificate.
